      Managers and supervisors are open to input and ideas, felt supported and like I was able to make a difference in people’s lives

      Pros

      Alliance is a really great company with dedicated and highly qualified staff. The recent change in leadership has made a tremendous difference and the company is moving forward in a positive direction.

      Cons

      The external politics can be challenging. Most staff are insulated from this but if you are not it can be hard to manage through.
