Ended up working 10+ hour shifts damn near every day. Management was snowed over by some outside independent contractor group that walked around acting like they were God. They were cocky, rude, arrogant, and pretty much had final say over any company employee. If anyone were to dare disagree with something they suggested, or challenge their way of doing things, you were black listed. If they didn’t like you, they made it miserable for you, and when they had the ear of upper management (every morning) you could bank on one, or several of them throwing you under the bus. That group was gaining more and more power with each passing month. They really pulled the wool over the Alliance big shots!
