Pros

Many great coworkers. The help desk was always willing to act, and when you needed assistance from HR it was always quick.

Cons

You work in a very small town. Parking is terrible. They treat plant workers horribly and tend to go through several. No loyalty to employees. No communication between departments.

Pros

Lax work environment with loose management and selective accountability. You can wear almost anything you want because your in Ripon, WI.

Cons

Ridiculous line rates that burn people out. Pathetic compensation. Zero advancement opportunities unless you are connected to someone in management.

Pros

Bussiness definitely growing by leaps and bounds. CEO has truly executed a world class strategy for market growth and our sales , marketing & Design engineering groups are spot on, very in tune with our customers. Cutomer demand at record levels. Our customers simply love our equipment.

Cons

I have read all proceeding reviews. Most I would definitely see truth with each prception. Bottom line for myself: Those who have been untrusted with leading the workforce towards the future have turned a blind ear to those who wish to believe and go above and beyond. It is as if those who should be leading the charge forward, no longer believe the people who are in the trenches each day are needed, as they believe if you are at or below the frontline leadership and below positions, you are a "Dime a Dozen". Therefore they see absolutely no need to invest in the "Human Capital" element. sadly they act as if those who are defined with in this group are too ignorant to notice.
