I’ve been working for the company for around six years, and I’m happy. I work in the office. The benefits are very good and the company and the pay is getting better. Depending on your position, you may be able to WFH.

Cons

There isn’t a program in place to replace key employees when they quit or retire.

I joined Alliance Laundry 6 years ago and worked there until early last year when I regretfully had to move for personal reasons. This is a high performing company with a great leadership team. I would highly recommend Alliance for anyone looking to have an impact in a profitable growing business. They have a great growth trajectory and will continue to have great career opportunities!!

Cons

Although Ripon is a smaller town for such great management growth opportunities, leadership does a great job of providing flexibility when it comes to individual job opportunities.
