In 2013 when it was still a good place to work, you worked as a team not by who can be the biggest brown noser, you would pull together and we made each other take ownership of their position and parts.

Cons

2013 only bad thing was they hired lazy people who didn't want to work and complained about everything.

Immediate manager cared. Ability to try new ideas.

Cons

Constantly anticipating cuts, hiring freezes, pay deductions, and layoffs. Revolving door of incompetent VPs. Took every perk of working there away from discounted machines to stock options and everything in between.
