Backwards Priorities and a Company That Lost Its Way

Flexible Schedule the 401(k) match is great and the peer level co-workers are awesome.

Cons

There has been a lack of direction for 5 or more years in this department and the people are treated as disposable. Lay-offs and outsourcing made our morale hit rock bottom, and there hasn't been any reassuring news for a month. Projects that are brought to the department are poorly scoped, with feature creep, and changing goals. A 5 or even 1 year plan is non-existent, so there is no plan for anything beyond the current "priority 1" projects.

Generous paid time off. You are now allowed to work remotely. The 401k match is also very good. The culture is positive

We are micromanaged by our leadership. The business segments often don’t get along which can be very stressful. C level executives are in different state
