Dear Team Member - We share your concerns about overtime and we have made changes to enhance work-life balance for our team members. We recently implemented four, 10-hour shifts in many of our production areas. This creates regular three-day weekends for our workforce while still providing opportunities for overtime.

Pros

The Ripon location is a great area close to medium sized cities having no traffic for those who commute. A diverse set of talent from multiple areas. The company has continued to grow and keeps busy as had been the case for many years now. Benefits are good for the area.

Cons

There is a huge disconnect between the executives in Miami and the regular employee in Wisconsin. The company doesn't put forth an effort to retain employees and actually celebrates making the company leaner which isn't bad if there is excess, but current reality shows that there is a shortage of employees for the amount of work needing to be accomplished across all aspects of the company. In addition, upper management has sets forth unrealistic goals for revenue and profit in recent years so when these lofty goals aren't hit, but the company still pulls an incredible profit, all employees hear is how bad the state of the company is which has affected morale.
