Budget seems to change weekly with no long term objectives. They can't figure out what to do next month, let alone next year. Cyclical job security.

Company managed like in the movie godfather (for real). Two Florida based godfathers interacting with their italian cousin for Europe. Leadership confiscated by two leaders more focused on their stock prices rather than company future. This company grew up by acquisition and each entity remain likely independent and ignored. Margin on products are very good therefore it should give a lot of opportunity to make good invest but the company prefered to build a new plant in Thailand to reduce their dependence to WI (a shame for a US company as our president would say).
