Cons
Unfortunately there are a lot of cons to list. Alliance is trying to become a $2.0B global company by 2022. In this endeavor they seem to be skipping steps or trying to achieve this goal in a panicked sort of way. "Key Upper Management" have left our main Global HQ in Ripon WI - where the company has been since 1908 - to live and work in Miami FL under the guise that it is to attract and develop "exceptional talent". There is constant change in our leadership structure and it is hard to keep up. Inter-company communication is nonexistent and therefore accountability and confidence in our direction is at an all time low. Our company has become arrogant - which our CEO once said in a "Town Hall" meeting while answering a question about what is one of the biggest threats to Alliances future success. He said as long as we don't become arrogant and we stay true to who we are Alliance will be fine.
