Pros

Coworkers are generally intelligent and friendly. Company growing rapidly. Nice small town location. Salary is pretty good for the area.

Cons

They keep letting people go who have been here anywhere from a few months to 30+ years. We had a few bad launches of new products and they're out for blood now. Everyone is on edge in the officers and we can't even hire enough production workers to replace the people who are leaving, let alone grow at all. It seems there getting ready to move production elsewhere, or at least a good chunk of it.

Executives seem to be shifting gears almost constantly, and trying to grow faster than production can manage. This makes for conflict and uncertainty for many employees
