Company backs my decisions, bonuses (for some salary), not micromanaged, fair wages, opportunity to move laterally and up. I have freedom to do my job, and my teammates are always willing to help.

Cons

The union prevents the company from weeding out the slugs, but that's with any company. Too many loop holes in the current union contract, which hopefully are removed in the next contract. Need to update some areas of the factory, especially machines in various departments. However, the company has made great strides in this area. I understand it takes time.
