Cons

Alcoholism is rampant at Alliance. The offices reek of Jack Daniels and the most common job at Alliance is "Day Drinking Technician"

Pay is good, not far to drive, hours were good.

Cons

Very hot in the summer, management was horrible, boss only liked their favorite employees. Bosses never said thank you to anyone or nice job. Feeling appreciated goes along way.
