      Pros

      You can have an hour lunch, and can switch that time to leave early if you want. After working here a while, I see why there are more cons than pros.

      Cons

      Feel unappreciated and unrecognized the majority of the time. No one smiles much around here, there is hardly any uplifting energy within the building. The executives look down at me and don't bother to say hi, as if I'm nothing. Being a high-performer, this is not the job to be at - they don't have standards high enough for us. Either that, or they won't acknowledge the good work being done.

      Pros

      Alliance has been a great place to work. There are many opportunities to advance within the company if you prove yourself. The company is also expanding again, business is good and the company is creating jobs.

      Cons

      Parking is problematic. If you have to park on the street, the city will do their best to make you pay for it. I find it unfair that employees have to abide by the 2 hour parking laws when they're at work.
