Company managed like in the movie godfather (for real). Two Florida based godfathers interacting with their italian cousin for Europe. Leadership confiscated by two leaders more focused on their stock prices rather than company future. This company grew up by acquisition and each entity remain likely independent and ignored. Margin on products are very good therefore it should give a lot of opportunity to make good invest but the company prefered to build a new plant in Thailand to reduce their dependence to WI (a shame for a US company as our president would say).

The corporate side only wants numbers off the end of the line and because of that shop employees feel that management does not care about them only their precious incentives. Constant parts shortages due to not following a schedule yet the assemblers are told to make up for it when they do come in and are then expected to produce more than the original shortfall creating more shortages. It's a constant game of hurry up and wait. Facilities are cramped, outdated, poorly ventilated and poorly lit. The company is more interested in spending money on new facilities outside of Ripon, WI rather than maintaining current equipment and facilities there.
