Everything else. Senior management is nitpicky, secretive, and gossipy. They trust rumor more than finding out the real facts. Name-calling, unsupportive, no 1:1 meetings for planning. Unable to manage people effectively. Went through a huge management planning and team building program and then turned around and completely ignored what was accomplished.
