Pros

I wouldn't have taken the job if I'd known...

Cons

Alliant bought our company last year and since then, we've had nothing but chaos. The HR department can't or won't get back in touch with you, our benefits are horrible, and there have been countless problems with them. They recently changed our entire computer system around and now we have more problems than ever, including an antiquated clock in system that they just implemented. Oh, and they've outsourced some work to China.

Pros

Co-workers are awesome to work with.

Cons

Cons of Alliant are that the managers need to be trained. The ones they have in place currently do not know what they are doing and make the environment very stressful. The atmosphere of this company is extremely poor, negative, and they expect too much and do not give any type of incentive.

Pros

- some coworker but most of them are fake - PTO which you will need working there - training

Cons

Management sets high expectations but won’t take responsibility for anything and always blames the employees. They treat the Account Associates and Account Managers like assistant's and I have witnessed how some of them have been bullied and belittled by team leads. They overwork you and treat the employees they don’t want so poorly so they quit on their own. All because they don’t want to pay severance or do anything right. High turnover and negative feedback daily due to bad management. Assistants and Managers crying in the office- every other week at least 1 is in employee benefits. Many coworkers struggle with anxiety. Gossip comes from management and the executives mainly on a daily basis.
