      The end-of-year bonus but there you can only grow if you are dating the relative of some high command

      The salary is so low, the office location is full of homeless, there is no parking

      Great salary pay for position and clean work spaces.

      Cons

      My boss who was also a producer was demeaning and could not keep his employees around. Be forewarned about working here too, because HR seems powerless to make any significant changes.
