- Good raises and compensation - Flexibility

- Extremely toxic environment full of gossip - there is so much gossip in regards to former employees and current employees I remember my first week I learned so much gossip about former employees that I did not care to know as I simply just wanted to work. i truly believe you will only like to work here if you love gossip and are unhappy with your life outside of work otherwise best of luck these women are miserable and mean - No one goes in office and no real office culture or events because everyone is overworked so no real time to bond or enjoy or lift each other up - Now that I switched companies truly seeing how awful and weird the vibes are here
