      Pros

      - kind coworkers who help each step of the way (I never worked in insurance before and they've been a fantastic help) - guidance and mentorship is easy to come by and fulfilling - clients are wonderful

      Cons

      - sometimes hard to get ahold of higher ups because of their busy schedules so I feel like I'm always emailing them and bothering them. I don't think I am, but patience is a virtue when asking lower level questions.

      Pros

      Only if you are a producer I highly recommend as you can do no wrong. Benefits are great, such as employee stock and medical.

      Cons

      Don't consider employment if your goal is to provide great service to your clients. Experience, client relationships and team players are not appreciated and let go after they get the business that they want. Very sad to treat employees this way and catch them off guard.
