The management was horrible, there was a horrible account executive who was awfully mean and kept getting promoted every 2-4 months. She talked to people very rude and did mean things in the office that others didn’t see or refused to acknowledge and so many people quit because of this behavior. When reported to HR nothing was done.

Mandatory work, 7 days a week, depending on time of year. Thankless environment. Management is unfair, and promotes an antagonistic environment. Ops manager and Broker CK work very hard to set up employees simply because they do not like them. It's a very stressful and unhealthy place to work, unless you are an EA or BOR. They treat the worker bees like second class citizens.
