Updated computers and dual widescreen monitors. They provided some fun employee appreciation activities. Paid time off for holidays.
Cons
Management really has no idea how to be a leader of their people or how to coach, motivate, inspire and treat each employee fairly. If management doesn't "like" you and you are not part of the "cool kids clique" then you are pretty much ignored unless they find something you did wrong. Most of the managers and employees have no "real" insurance knowledge which is a complete disservice to their clients. The training program (if you can even call it that) is completely disorganized and provides no real direction on how to do your job. If you like high school drama and being criticized on a regular basis without getting any real coaching on how to improve then this is the perfect place for you to work.
