Pros

Great organization - with incredible leadership. If you're right for the role you'll have a lot of autonomy in your work schedule, however the workload can be challenging at times. You'll learn nearly all facets of the medical insurance industry - which is valuable both at Allied and anywhere else within the industry.

Cons

Workload can be very demanding during certain times of year. It's not unmanageable but strong time management and organizational skills are required to do well in this position.

Allied Benefit Systems provides a great work environment for its employees. Flexible work schedules, various employee activities, and a great culture make it easy to want to come to work with a positive attitude everyday. I've also seen many people be promoted or move into newly developed roles as the company grows, which is exciting!

Cons

There are times of the year that are much busier than others for each department, but it comes as a result of renewing and growing our business, which is definitely a pro.
