Pros

Allied is growing tremendously and there is a lot of room to be promoted within the company. They are a forward thinking company with modern policies such as casual dress, flexible schedules/virtual work and employee benefits that support an active healthy lifestyle. The environment is diverse and we are all very close in my department.

Cons

There is a busy time of the year around the fourth or first quarters depending on what department you work in. You will work hard, but you also get rewarded for the hard work. There is a huge learning curve as a new employee, but the training and new hire on-boarding programs help a lot.

Allied truly cares about employees

Pros

Allied has shown itself to be a company that takes pride in taking care of their employees. They celebrate successes and they reward performance. They invest in their long-term employees and they show they care in many, many ways. I believe most employees get out of their job exactly what they put into their job and to me, it seems that is recognized and rewarded at Allied.

Cons

Dental and Vision benefits could be added and/or enhanced.

Pros

Allied is growing substantially which has created a lot of opportunity available within the organization. Allied puts its employees first by offering good benefits, flexible working arrangements and numerous employee appreciation events.

Cons

Compared to other organizations I have worked for, Allied's "pros" heavily outweigh the "cons."
