      Everyone is easy to get along with. There are a lot of company events throughout the year. It is a great place to learn.

      Cons

      Some of the departments are busy in certain periods of the year especially when an employee leaves. The work can be repetitive.

      Pros

      Allied continues to grow and advance in a complex industry. Despite the growth, Allied remains a "flat" organization with access to the decision makers and the decision process. Input from team members is important and relied upon. Additionally, Allied's corporate office is ideally located in downtown Chicago. But the ability of Allied team members to effectively interact with other team members that are in a virtual office environment has been critical to the success and growth of the organization.

      Cons

      As with any organization that is growing, there have been "growing pains." However, these are "good" problems to have and can be resolved through input, insight and involvement from quality team members.
