The team I work with is fantastic and full of people who really care about the job and each other.

Cons

We are underpaid, and for a health insurance company the health benefits are very poor.

Could be better in having departments that are involved in behind the scenes client management (billing, eligibility ect.) taking on more ownership over their work.

Good Opportunity - great training. Very good place to learn and grow. My manager helped me when I needed advice. My team worked really well together and everyone pitched in to get a great job done. Work life balance is high priority - company events and time off to spend with family.

Cons

Lots of information to learn and some very busy times during the year.
