Pros

Incentive Trips...if they don't take them all. Events. Beer, if you like beer. I had the pleasure of building strong relationships with wonderful customers and colleagues.

Cons

The management team, in particular, appeared to favor relatives, friends, or associates, quickly promoting them or giving them jobs. I was let go by a newly shuffled-in Executive, from another Reyes house, suggesting that no one from the local team who I had worked with for years had the courage to make that decision themselves.
