Pros
Good benefits and company perks if you like to drink beer.
Cons
They treat certain employees better than others. If you came from the Reyes corporate side of the business, you're getting paid more than everyone else, even when you just start a new position that others have been at for years! They make you work through your lunch breaks and have been sued and found guilty on several occasions within the past few years. They give you a workload that isn't realistic unless you cut every corner you can, and work through lunch or after you're off the clock to get it all done and not work any overtime, because that is only allowed at certain times. They have a terrible incentive program that is reliant on the entire company hitting quota for you to see a dime, will push for you to bend over backwards so they can hit their bonuses, which don't align with your incentives, and have the "what have you done for me lately" mentality, and are appalled if you treat them the way they treat you.
