I don't work there anymore

Cons

Unless your a director or in sales the pay is poor. I notice managers and directors are giving positive reviews, workers are not. This should tell you something. They rarely promote from within unless the individual was hired as mid management or above, or are friends with a director.

managment needs to spend more time in the other locations not just locations that are only fourty miles away.
