      Pros

      Insurance and 401 is decent, really difficult to this of much else other than it being close to work for me and some of my co workers are great.

      Cons

      If your a director, sales or management you are treated like you should be thanking them daily to let you work there. Its not bad enough that they literally tell employees they can be replaced by anyone on the street but I heard an upper manager tell another employee that 1 minute per acre is all you should be spending on a agronomy customer- that's horrible.

      Pros

      Good co-workers, some of the workers are very pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional environment. Employees are allowed to say and do whatever they want without recourse. Managers do more complaining than taking action on the things they are complaining about. In the time I was there, things had been done and said by workers that would have gotten them fired anywhere else with decent management. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone. Everyday coming to work was sickening. Please, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for employment.

      Pros

      Sounds like some of the managers don't want to hear the truth about the company. I would leave but its hard to find employment in this area. Bonus? Incentive? Dream on. That is for a chosen few.

      Cons

      Low pay, company politics, no room to grow. They don't work around your schedule. Very rigid.
