      Pros

      I have worked for several companies in my career, but never one where the atmosphere is so down to earth and enjoyable. The "open door" atmosphere and "git 'r done" mentality makes this a great place to work if you have the initiative.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is the negative nellies I see on this page. Sometimes there is a reason people are sour on the company -- usually it is those "sour" employees that bring the workplace down for everyone. If you aren't afraid to work, Allied Cooperative is a GREAT place to work out your career!

      Pros

      SOME good employees. many just a bunch of whiners that rather whine than work. Some benefits ok IF you qualify.

      Cons

      Management dont care. Some good managers got kicked to the curb and inefficient ones kept. Any body in a postion to help you wont. Every one afraid they are the next to be booted.
