Pros

Benefits, health insurance, can't think of more. Close to my home!

Cons

Too many cons too list. They don't care about you at all. They fire the good people and keep the bad people. They merged with another coop and now all their idiots came in so is a big mess full of people with overly high opinions of themselves. There is NO loyalty to the employees. You are nothing. Your opinions don't matter. Some departments they work you for months without a day off. Not even 4th of July.

Pros

Great benefits, health insurance, 401K. Its a Coop which is deep into agronomy, feed and fuel. Agronomy is the best field by far to be in right now. Not farming itself but any fields that support farming.

Cons

Company has merged with another coop. Growing too fast, can't keep up with itself so upper management is throwing more and more people into the mix without much thought as to what an who they really need. Very unbalanced between departments. They try to pretend they are one big happy family when the happiness is skin deep.
