The group of people here are great to work with. Great atmosphere.

Cons

Long hours and having to fill in on other areas of the company in busy times. Which is expected in any agricultural cooperative job.

SOME good employees. many just a bunch of whiners that rather whine than work. Some benefits ok IF you qualify.

Cons

Management dont care. Some good managers got kicked to the curb and inefficient ones kept. Any body in a postion to help you wont. Every one afraid they are the next to be booted.
