      12 hour shifts, loss of incentives (gainshare), poor upper management. Impossible to advance through company.

      No stress. Owners are always around and very accessible for such a large company.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive and likely going to stay that way. For an engineering company, they sure like to ignore the value of acquiring data and basic engineering principles.
