      The company constantly invests in growth and technology. The owners care for the employees and the community. This company is flexible with your work ours.

      Cons

      Sometimes it lacks long term vision or at least it is not shared with everyone in the company.

      Pros

      Since there is no direction, employees are free to choose what they work on. Schedules for office types is flexible. You can come and go as you please. Very little will be expected of you.

      Cons

      The lack of accountability translates to lack of action and progress. The owners and executive team are not qualified to operate a business, so little progress is ever made. Departments have no motivation to work together, which plays into the lack of progress. Acquisitions are poorly executed and take attention away from current processes and employees.

      Pros

      The supervisors and upper management always treated me very well. Everyone on the floor as well as supervisors were always friendly and helpful if you had questions or problems.

      Cons

      The biggest con about it is the 12 hour shifts and the 2-2-3 schedule. On the week you have to work 5 out of 7 days, the first day you have off is hard to do anything because you're so tired and recovering from working.
