good for senior people who work here for medical insurance

Cons

This is a fair place for second innings and that's it. Management is nearly abusive of your rights and dignity as an employee. If you respect your self worth, gather enough courage to move out.

Sorry to say the only pro was receiving “some” money.

Unnecessary stress, high turnover, training seemed more for the trainers to look good and less for new hires to learn the job.
