Pros

Benefits are OK, managers are nice and offer help when you need it, co-workers are great. Remote work allowed for some people. You get small raises throughout the year.

Cons

This company focus heavily on metrics. We are required to meet productivity standards aka doing a minimum amount of work per hour and the higher ups can see how much work we are getting done. At the same time, you will get popped by management and QA if you make mistakes. Training is not very thorough and leaves you confused, you will be shown some powerpoint slides and then are thrown into the work. There is a lack of communication among supervisors. Remote work is allowed but is is very looked down on. The CEO is out of touch and is trying to force everyone back into the office. They give you a lot of PTO but it is VERY difficult to use. Plan on calling in sick often. The pay is absolutely abysmal, starting pay in some departments is $14 an hour even for employees in HCOL areas. The workload never ends, managers are always bugging people to work overtime even though they rarely ever do it themselves. Not much opportunity for advancement.

Pros

Luckily I have a great team to work with and a manager that does his best to help us with anything we may need and be lenient where he can.

Cons

Allied does NOT want you to work from home! The compensation is POOR! The average listed here on Glassdoor is far off and when asking for a raise you will be STONE WALLED! And with the low pay, the benefits are just as poor. Very high premiums that the company isn’t picking up! No maternity leave and you can only roll 80 hours over a year!
