Pros

Can work remote if you live a certain distance away Can learn a minimal amount about mortgage Unlimited overtime Online team mates are alright + helpful. Resources on website Volunteer opportunities

Cons

My experience here in person I seen division with management & team -management whispering to each other in front of team. Team claims to be like “family” but not the vibe and or energy I was getting. Management mocking employees and then when approached about it denied employees reality. Gossip / Back biting Training- Everything went by fast like a 3 part PowerPoint, and then your at your desk. Doing the work under someone who is overworking themselves already. Passive aggressive behavior - if you’ve done anything wrong. Subtle disrespectful jokes from some in person team members. Managers flirts with other employees. Very hostile environment, someone was quitting the position and was ignored on their last day. Emotional outburst from management- [passive aggressive behavior due to bad news] Transitioning to remote was micro- managed online, due to lack of control of environment - I would say. Doesn’t help with tuition.

Pros

They sometimes promote from within. The company stayed afloat during the pandemic. Offers decent benefits; my 401k is thriving!

Cons

The company remained open during the pandemic. I personally could've brought in more cash collecting unemployment and without risking my life. Pay not comparable to the amount of work you're expected to complete/perform. Company execs and directors definitely show favoritism.

Pros

There are a couple lower-level managers who are great. You might get lucky and land on their teams. If so, you will be allowed to work from home.

Cons

The building and nearly all management from the bottom to the top. Pretty much everything else about the business. You'll spend all your time hassling insurance companies for payments to predatory lenders who repossessed cars.
