Pros

Growing company with a "small town" feel, people are pleasant to work with, the company continues to invest in itself to be a top leader in the industry, fair pay for my position, fewer hoops to jump through compared to a large(r) company = able to get more done, hybrid schedule to have the best of both worlds, management is good about letting you know how the company is doing and where they see it going in the future, senior management is enthusiastic

Cons

Not a lot of training opportunities directly related to the position, diversity is minimal
