      Pros

      If you are willing to work long hours, there may be opportunity to grow. If your job is your life priority, you may enjoy it and be rewarded. Some departments are well managed. There are some very kind and ambitious people working here.

      Cons

      Hours are long, rewards not always sincere. Senior management favors the sales force while saying all employees are valued and this creates morale issues. The direction and priorities move often so it can be hard to focus and feel as if the work is important or valued. Male dominated leadership doesn’t cherish diversity of any type. Politics are rampant.

      Pros

      There are some really strong leaders that are invested in making this a progressive, great place to work. Great location and perks, and a fun working environment.

      Cons

      Lots of growth, which often causes growing pains, but they're working through them.
