New headquarters with ergonomic workstations. Wonderful wellness initiatives that inspire friendly competition among employees. Room for growth after employed for 6 months. Great career paths for entry level employees. Benefits with wonderful PTO and flexible work/life schedule. Love it here!!

Pros

If you come into Allied, work hard and demonstrate value, they will find you and get you on a solid career path.

Cons

The compensation is relatively pitiful when compared to similar positions at other companies. I believe they can do that because of the copious internal hiring where degrees aren’t necessarily required.
