Pros

Growing Fintech capabilities which creates lots of opportunity.

Cons

Business side isn't as invested as they say they want to be in growing Fintech capabilities. Engineering teams are ridiculously understaffed and requests for more resources are routinely denied.

There really aren't many. They say all the right things and do all the wrong things.

Cons

Lower than industry average pay. Benefits are average but not great. Company is not ran well at all. People do not communicate. There is no transparency. Tons of managers that aren't empowered to manage or lead. Very little systems or processes in place. Very silo-ed. Bad morale and culture. Purposely mislead me during the hiring process.

Cons

Overall compensation is absolutely atrocious. Market Analysis is a joke. Company leadership seems to frown on remote work across the board rather than listening to the people that can work better remote
