Among the long list of challenges at Allied Solutions, you will find unhappy employees, very low pay rates, low morale, and unqualified management. The company does not invest in their employees. They do not want their employees to be empowered.

This is the worst company ever. They are constantly taking away benefits from the employees. They know make us come into the office 5 days a week. The CEO is a dictator and works from home but makes everyone else come into the office. HR is a joke. They bully you when you bring up issues. They only care about their relationship with the CEO. There is no employee development. All training cares about is trying to take control of other training departments. There is no diversity or inclusion. The supervisor have too much on their plates to be able to manage effectively.
