Pros

Expenses covered, Educational reimbursement. Decent benefits.

Cons

No raise, no bonuses, the management do not want to take responsibility for task they request from IT. Never a definite yes or no answer. No foresight. Very little communication from executives on what they exactly want and whether they approve of your performing the actual task that you had to guess from their words.
