I'm pretty much left to do my job without interference.

Cons

Companies focus changes at least once a year, no one is given a chance to succeed. Really look at what people are doing and not what they say they are doing, some people are selling themselves more than they are selling the product.

Gym, Swimming pool, Sauna, Neat and Clean. A good place if you are completing you're internship or if you are happy to make some money learning nothing.

Cons

No Career growth, Everyone ends up being a bug fixer. Only extremely senior engineers get to do any development. Would not recommend moving to this place.
