Pros

Great to work with a company with such a long and outstanding history. In such a competitive business, the Millard culture brings out the best in its employees which helps it excel to the top of this industry. I have seen many employees be promoted so the opportunity to grow with the company is seen first hand. Looks forward to many years helping the company reach new and higher levels!
