Pros

Indoors No other pros exist

Cons

The management was unprofessional and verbally abusive at every level. They trick you into thinking you will be doing intelligence work, but in truth, you are watching almost 2000 cameras for 12 hours a day. That is it. Depending on the day and the mood of the "director," you may or may not get a break. If you have anything going on in life, it comes second to your four-day on, four-day off schedule. No matter what they tell you, the schedule is not changing, and there is zero growth opportunity. You are a number in a seat, nothing more. You start in the position you will stay in until you quit, or the director makes up a reason to fire you because he does not like you. He talks unprofessionally and derogatorily about everyone to everyone. You are wrong if you think he does not talk badly about you while he is "venting" about everyone else. He will also boast about having double-digit HR complaints against him (which is true), but HR will not do anything about it because the Embedded Director has the final say and tells HR what to do. In the span of six months, the entire team (12 people) changed over twice. Do not let the dollar amount fool you; you will be a prisoner. The team referred to the four days off as yard time.

Pros

Some site posts have good benefits. Everyone I've worked with (who isn't management) so far has been a great team member. OT hours are almost always available if you need extra money.

Cons

Management does not care about their employees. I was a loyal employee known to always be on time/trustworthy for 6 years. Regardless, I was left out in the cold once they lost their contract with my last post. They've offered me positions that don't meet the hours I'm available, pay less than I was making,( let alone what im worth,) and/or has less benefits. I was told i didn't need to worry about job placement ahead of time by Management, I believe this was a way to just dismiss my concerns. I just would have appreciated honesty, so I could have found a job ahead of time. Would have been great to have been shown a little respect considering the effort I put in to be a great employee. Also, every couple months I'd find that I was missing several hours of pay. I always got my money, eventually. But I know alot of employees who don't check their paycheck! Please, ALWAYS check your paychecks- people!

Pros

willing to work with you on time off, as long as you find coverage. base salary is ok for the area. but at times McDonalds was hiring at a higher salary so competitive for the area as there is not much in front royal but not the best either.

Cons

absolutely everything involving corporate. they will lie and change your contract without informing you; the management positions (with a lot of added responsibilities) only pays $1 more than the base salary; the anual inflation raise didint cover the inflation rate in 2022 or 2023, so I ended up Making less in monetary value by the time I left the company from when I started with the company. and anything else you can think of is awful. I left due to managments refusal to control the indoor smoking and the fact that other coworkers where deficating all over the office, Granted he was disabled, but they should be responsable for making sure its cleaned up, not just leave the us (the night shift) with it as there is no one other than security personnel on site by the time we get there, I complained in daily emails and in person for nearly 1.5 years till I quit, Then they refused to pay unemployment. so yeah save yourself the trouble of working for such a misguided company
