Pros

Easiest job ever, especially for the pay.

Cons

Going above and beyond will be your downfall. Being a hard-charger will only wear you out as there's never any incentive or reward for doing more than your job. Self-satisfaction will only go so far since they'll look at you as the "dependable" worker, and the entire workload will fall onto you while others can hardly do the bare minimum. There's no genuine appreciation outside of a scripted "we thank you for you hard work." The saying "people don't quit their jobs, people quit their management," rings incredibly true here since management has a knack for making the easiest job in the world incredibly difficult.

Pros

Some locations are good. When you least expected you get a good team (After several turn overs).

Cons

Management is all over the place. Communication is Minimal to nonexistent. Paycheck is always off. Site will have you do things outside of your job description and Higher ups will allow it. Lying about more money for higher positions. Not following up with time off forms, but quick to call if something bad happens.

Pros

You work for the biggest security company in the world. Useful when applying to different companies. Direct supervisor is a good manager just overwhelmed. Manages 17 other recruiters in 6 states. His boss only manages 3 managers. Pretty convenient. She has lots of free time to overstep and try to manage for him. Shows lack of trust. Makes him look weak. But he is well rounded and good to work for.

Cons

Pay does not match the industry, location or workload for amount of work in this position of any of the manager positions. Receive $50k where cost of living is much, much higher than this. Regional VP who is really the district manager just with cool title is a tool. Try’s to micro manage everyone. Puts his work on everyone else’s plate. Does not know how to do the things he tasks out. If I don’t hear “Don’t know, Figure It Out….” again from someone who makes 3 times what I make I’ll call that a Win for me, 8/12 in office have quit in last 6 mo’s. He has lot more to do with this than he should.
