Pros

4 day work weeks and easily hires people with no experience.

Cons

10 hour days and only one one hour lunch break for the entire work day. Also head to toe PPE.

Each of our employees is required to complete the standard application process and must meet the minimum requirements to be considered for a job or promotion. It can get frustrating

Pros

The workload in other positions might be better but I'm not in the position to vouch for it. Only the management can decide.

Cons

The job was way too much for one person to handle. It's like giving you all the jobs of the entire department. That's how it feels like and it can get frustrating because no matter how often you work overtime, you can't seem to finish anything.
