      Good Company to Work For

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are very decent for what is asked of me. Those that stick around are hardworking and dedicated. Feels good at the end of the day knowing I made a difference in people's lives instead of some billionare's bank account.

      Cons

      Sometimes in the core personnel feel undervalued compared to administrative personnel.

      Very bad all around

      Pros

      If you need experience and don't mind being treated like crap for the duration of your employment, come work here.

      Cons

      There is no encouragement for continued education. They have no set policy on showing up for work - what time or anything. They do not acknowledge you for a job well done. The only way to get ahead is to suck up to upper management. Do not under circumstances work at AlloSource.

AlloSource offers internal training and development and encourages employees to communicate with managers to personalize growth opportunities, taking advantage of tuition reimbursement opportunities for professional development when relevant. We have a specific attendance policy in place to manage scheduling and encourage employee recognition through internal award programs. We consistently review all our programs to ensure they support employee and business needs.
