      Honorable work, challenging culture

      Pros

      The hours can be very accommodating. I worked two full time jobs including this one at one point. The tuition reimbursement program is very good as well, amongst the other nice benefits. I did enjoy the EAP mental health benefit a lot. I also genuinely admired the CEO.

      Cons

      The workplace culture can be very toxic and uninviting. It is not likely that you will grow or branch out of your lane here. Also, many of the issues that arise from a lack of diversity are very prevalent here.

      AlloSource has great benefits and we are happy our employees appreciate them. We also have wonderful Wellness benefits to keep everyone happy and healthy. We are always looking for employees that are a good culture fit with our organization and when we have an open position, we always look to our internal employees first. Many employees have moved into different positions that has provided them new opportunities and experiences.

      They Don't Make Places Like This Anymore!

      Pros

      This is a fantastic place to work! The benefits are some of the best you will find in the workforce. The company mission is very fulfilling, and it leaves me with a tremendous sense of pride in what I do. We have an executive leadership team that truly cares about every employee in the company. They staff are all very team oriented. I work with a very professional and well educated team. Everyone is respectful and friendly. You can't put a numerical value on some of the best things about this company. Things like receiving hand written notes and cards on employment anniversaries and birthdays from the CEO and COO are not a norm in most of the world and are quite refreshing. The work/life balance is held in very high regard. Employee wellness programs help to keep us engaged and healthy.

      Cons

      Some of the production work can be strenuous. we occasionally run low on equipment and processing garments when production demand gets high. Overall these are more growing pains and small frustrations really.
